Work Permit, S Pass & Employment Pass Medical Examination
Every new Work Permit holder, and many S Pass and Employment Pass applicants, must pass a medical examination before MOM issues the pass. Renewals may also require a check-up.
At our Toa Payoh clinic, the entire examination happens under one roof: registration, doctor consultation, blood tests and chest X-ray. There is no second trip to an X-ray centre, and results are ready the same day, so your worker can start work without delay.

What the exam includes
- Doctor consultation and physical examination
- Blood tests required by MOM: syphilis, HIV and malaria screening
- Chest X-ray for tuberculosis screening, done on-site
- Completed MOM medical examination form, signed by our doctor
Everything is done in our clinic, including the chest X-ray. No second trip needed.
What to bring
- Original passport
- Work Permit card, or the In-Principle Approval (IPA) letter for new applicants
- The medical examination form from MOM or your employer (we can also print it, just ask)
How long it takes
- Your visit
- Most examinations take 20–40 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, and most workers complete everything within 40 minutes.
- Results
- Results and the signed MOM form are ready the same day. We will contact you the moment they are ready.
